Deleting your account permanently erases your personal details, such as your name, phone number, email address and saved addresses. You will not be able to sign in to it again.
Records of past orders and invoices are kept for up to 10 years without your personal details, because the law requires us to keep them.
An account cannot be deleted while it has an order in progress or money left in its wallet.
